Gatekeeper modules can be configured to meet your specific requirements. At the centre of the tool is the Actions module, which ensures all compliance actions are recorded, communicated and tracked. Additionally, Gatekeeper includes management reports that can be tailored for all levels of the business.
Collector
Gatekeeper collects supplier performance data ‘live’ in the field using ipads with date stamping of records and addition of supporting photographic evidence. This information is transferred in ‘real-time’ to the Gatekeeper database.

Dashboard
Using ‘exception-based’ reporting, performance is colour-coded so that service delivery areas requiring attention can be clearly assessed visually and issues easily followed to individual non-compliant behaviours for a performance measure.
Inputs
Search functions enable the user to interrogate the Gatekeeper database to discover detailed historical information about a particular performance measure or location. An early warning system allows the field ‘Gatekeeper’ to also act as another ‘set of eyes’ for the Council in reporting health and safety or asset damage issues.
